The TheraBand club set: the stretchy resistance bands
The TheraBand club set consists of 6 red (medium resistance), 7 green (high resistance), and 7 blue (extra-high resistance) bands with 20 pairs of TheraBand handles for optimal grip during exercise. The resistance bands are very stretchy – the more stretch they have, the stronger they are. Resistance training with the TheraBand stretches the muscles, builds strength and is easy on the joints. It is ideal for preventative use and for rehabilitation measures. Includes an exercise guide to ensure exercises are performed correctly.
